Regulation S-T
Rule 14 -- Paper Filings Not Accepted Without Exemption
The Commission will not accept in paper format any filing required to be submitted
electronically under Rules 100 and 101
of Regulation S-T, unless the filing satisfies the requirements for a temporary or
continuing hardship exemption under Rule 201 or 202
of Regulation S-T .
