Rule 10e-1 -- Death, Disqualification, or Bona Fide Resignation of Directors
If a registered investment company, by reason of the death, disqualification,
or bona fide resignation of any director, does not meet any requirement of the
Act or any rule or regulation thereunder regarding the composition of the company's
board of directors, the operation of the relevant subsection of the Act, rule,
or regulation will be suspended as to the company:
For 90 days if the vacancy may be filled by action
of the board of directors; or
For 150 days if a vote of stockholders is required
to fill the vacancy.
