Rule 12d1-4 -- Date of Receipt of Certification by Commission
The date of receipt by the Commission of the certification approving a security for
listing and registration shall be the date on which the certification is actually
received by the Commission or the date on which the application for registration
to which the certification relates is actually received by the Commission, whichever
date is later.
